SpaceBound Solutions would like to formally invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2021 Tech Conference!
As with years past, we have invited key decision makers from the Business, Government, First Responder and Education verticals.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
Interactivity
Based on attendee feedback we are requesting a high level of interactivity at the vendor expo portion of the event. As attendees can’t interact with products in person this year, having short videos, engaging PDF’s, or links to interactive content are highly encouraged. All content presented at the 2021 NEOTD event should be geared towards end-user customers. We also want to encourage open dialog. If you have internal resources that can participate virtually to have discussions around certain verticals, financing options, new technologies that would be great. We will be reaching out individually in the coming weeks to go over booth displays, marketing collateral and advanced marketing opportunities.
Dedicated Exhibit Time
SpaceBound has elected to split the show into two half days in order to keep everyone engaged. Show hours TBD, but will be 3-4 hours a day with 1-1.5 hours of dedicated exhibit time. We ask that during the Exhibit hours all vendors be available on the platform to interact with customers or SpaceBound reps. You are welcome to be logged in for the entirety of the show. During the Exhibit hours there will be no breakouts or distractions, allowing the attendees to focus solely on your booth.
Vendor Lightning Rounds
SpaceBound is introducing a new format for 2021. Each vendor will be able to record a (5, 10, ?) minute presentation for our attendees. We will play these recordings as a breakout session each day prior to the Dedicated Exhibit Time. You can use this format to encourage attendees to visit your booth to ask questions or expand on topics discussed. We are asking for these sessions to be pre-recorded to avoid any technical or internet issues. Our marketing team will be in contact with additional information.
One on One Meetings
Due to lack of physical interactions, we are asking vendors to consider opening their calendars the week of the event (or possibly the week after) to allow customers to set up one on one meetings with you and our reps to have deeper conversations. We are working on a platform to allow for Scheduling and will then organize all calls through Microsoft Teams.
Prizes
SpaceBound will be conducting a prize drawing at the conclusion of the event. We are accepting raffle prizes of at least $50 MSRP that will be raffled to attendees. If you would like to participate in the prize drawing, we will need to have the prize in hand by Friday, April 2nd. This will allow our marketing team time to promote your prize and complete any marketing efforts around the prize drawing.
SpacedBound will also be mailing “swag bags” to show attendees. If you have an item you would like to include in the show bag, please contact info@neotd.com. If you have marketing collateral to be included in bags, we ask that it be co-branded with SpaceBound contact information:

Attendee Follow-Up and Contact
As the goal of the show is to connect your offerings to the customer through SpaceBound’s Sales Team, we ask that as a vendor you please work through the SpaceBound team for all post-show follow-up. Any scheduled meetings should ideally include a SpaceBound rep.
Perhaps the most important function of the event is capturing information during your conversations with the attendees so we can have follow-up conversations and ultimately drive sales back through you. SpaceBound asks that you capture as much information from the conversations you have and ensure those conversations are made available to our sales team.
We are working on updating the app used to capture attendee data at the booths. If you have any feedback or suggestions on a more effective way to capture information as you speak with attendees, we are certainly open. Please email info@neotd.com with any comments or suggestions.
